Dr. Josh Luke, FACHE, NHA was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the North Kern South Tulare Healthcare District in August 2023. Luke previously served as the CEO of four acute hospitals in California and Nevada, and as Adjunct Faculty for the University of Southern California Sol Price School of Public Policy, designing coursework specific to healthcare reform initiatives. Luke is also a licensed skilled nursing home administrator and preceptor and has experience managing acute rehab hospitals, home health, hospice, non-medical home care, and assisted living (RCFE facilities). Luke was born and raised in California, has been married for 25 years and has three adult children. He loves the outdoors and can be found fishing the rivers and lakes of the Sierra Nevada on weekends and after hours.

Brandon Weber’s career in healthcare spans over three decades, beginning in 1990 as a Medical Assistant and steadily advancing through the ranks. His journey includes roles as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Licensed Vocational Nurse (since 1998), and ultimately reaching the position of Administrator in 2019. Brandon holds certifications in Infection Prevention (IP) and Director of Staff Development (DSD), showcasing his commitment to excellence. His educational journey culminated in a Masters in Healthcare Administration and Management from Colorado State Global University, specializing in Organizational Leadership.

Born in San Diego in 1973, Brandon is not only a dedicated healthcare professional but also a loving family man. Married to his wife, Amanda Weber, for 15 years, they’ve raised five boys and two girls, with their family expanding to include six grandchildren. Beyond his professional achievements, Brandon finds joy in biblical studies, family time, and pursuing his passion for bass fishing, embodying a commitment to a well-rounded life. As a Chargers fan, he adds a sports enthusiast flair to his leisure, all while maintaining a profound motto: “To make every day special for someone”. Whether in the healthcare sector, church leadership, or personal life, Brandon Weber exemplifies a holistic approach to success and fulfillment.

Gina Lacson is an accomplished Registered Nurse (RN) with a 23-year career in primary care. Known for her exceptional skills and dedication, Gina consistently delivers the highest standard of care.

Gina’s strong communication skills have earned her a stellar reputation, resulting in unmatched patient satisfaction during her tenure at DDSNF. Her empathetic and compassionate approach in skilled nursing homes has positively impacted numerous patients, built trust, and provided comfort.

Driven by her passion to stay current in medical practices, Gina has pursued various licenses and certifications, showcasing her commitment to the latest advancements in healthcare. Notable credentials include Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in California, and Registered Nurse (RN) in California.

Notably, Gina excels in geriatric treatment, offering specialized care tailored to the unique needs of elderly patients. Her deep understanding of their challenges allows her to provide comprehensive and compassionate treatment.

Fluent in both English and Tagalog, Gina effortlessly connects with individuals from diverse backgrounds, creating a culturally sensitive environment where patients feel valued and understood.

Recognized as an expert in infection control standards, Gina has developed effective policies to uphold a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff. Her expertise in medication administration ensures patients receive proper and timely treatment, prioritizing their safety.

Tomas Pimentel is a National Certified Insurance and Coding Specialist with over 5+ years of experience in the medical field. With a strong background in both front and back-office operations, Pimentel has extensive knowledge in all supervisory aspects of medical administration.

Having worked in various roles, including billing, claim submissions, payment posting, A/R & A/P, collections, reimbursement, and Human Resources Management, Pimentel has developed a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of medical office operations.

In addition to his practical experience, Pimentel also serves as a Medical Office Administration Instructor for San Joaquin Valley College, sharing his expertise and knowledge with aspiring professionals in the field.

Recognized as a collaborator with excellent communication skills, Pimentel consistently delivers high-quality work. Pimentel is driven, highly initiative-taking, and possesses strong administrative acumen. Even in high-pressure situations.
